• Judicial Guardian – Real estate management, rent collection, due diligence of real estate enforcement procedures on behalf of Enforcement Judges, including verification of compliance and fulfilment of all the activities of lawyers and surveyors prior to the sale, management of potential buyers visits to the properties;

• Delegate for sale in real estate enforcements, all the activities ranging from the assignment and the drafting of the notice of sale, including the study of the documentation filed in accordance with Article 567 of the Code of Civil Procedure, second paragraph (i.e. the certificates of the registrations and transcriptions relating to the property carried out in the previous twenty years prior to the transcription of the repossession or the notary’s certificate attesting the results of the land registry and property registers), all activities carried out following the preparation of the notice of sale and until the award or assignment, transfer of ownership - transfer order, its transcription, mortgage registration, registration at the Conservatory, registration documents and mortgage inspections, preparation of the distribution project, management of judicial current accounts)
